Refund Policy

Since ZImage offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (AI Compute Credits), we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund request within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF:

  1. The credits have NOT been used (0 usage).
  2. There was a technical error (e.g., double charge).

Important Once you have generated an image, the credits are considered "consumed" and are strictly non-refundable.

Non-refundable Items

  • Used Credits: Once credits have been used to generate images, they are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started, unless otherwise required by law.
